Zhenjiang Tongzhou Propeller Co., Ltd., belonging to China High Speed Transmission Equipment Group Co., Ltd., is an enterprise specialized in the manufacture of various types of marine propellers, and is situated in Dingmao Economic Development Zone, Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province which is concentrated in industries and convenient in communication. Our company covers an area of 120mu, including 35000sqm of workshop buildings and 4000sqm of office buildings, and is one of the large-sized marine propeller manufacturers in the country.

Based on the specific requirements of different types of ships, shafting system positions and customers, an optimized design on engine-propeller-ship matching is implemented. The design and production of marine propulsion system products are under the design concept of "high & exquisite in technical level and extensive in proprietary intellectual property rights".

Strong Product Capacity:
Our annual production capacity is 6,000 tons of marine propellers, including 600 sets of adjustable propellers. Our company is able to produce a single-piece of fixed propeller having a net weight up to 120 tons and a diameter up to 11 meter and also has a strong supply capability of complete sets of gear boxes, shafting systems and stern tube parts. The main production equipment includes 125-ton traveling cranes, medium-frequency electric melting furnaces (the one-time melting capacity is up to 150 tons), 8-meter vertical lathes, 11-meter 3-coordinate digital-display pitchometers, 16-meter CNC horizontal lathes, large-sized CPPCNC boring-milling machines, large-sized hydraulic balancers, large-sized boring machines and large-sized FPP CNC machining centers.

Excellent Product Quality:
A sound quality management and control system has been established and perfected. Zhenjiang Tongzhou Propeller Co., Ltd. has obtained the certification of CSQA Quality Management System of China Classification Society Certification Center and has obtained the factory approval of such nine major classification societies as CCS, BV, ABS, RINA, KR, LR, GL, DNV and NK. In the meantime, the material performance test and spectroscopic analysis system have been enhanced.
